		<description>FYI:  My wife who&#039;s studying for her personal trainer exam said that the skin fold calipers method for calculating body fat measurement can vary widely depending on the person&#039;s experience and adeptness with the tool.  It will vary from trainer to trainer.  So, you are probably right at guessing 22% :)  

I&#039;m really interested in seeing how the personal trainer works out for you.  If you are like me, the fact that you are spending money means you will be more motivated, because who wants to waste money?</description>
