Just a quick note to say that I’ve updated my page at We Endure with all of my activity for the past month. I intend to keep it up-to-date from now until at least the end of the marathon. There are 13 people in the Get Fit Slowly group — I encourage more of you to join!
We Endure is a training log where you can track your progress in any of a number of endurance sports (Cycling, Running, and Swimming to name a few) and then compare that progress with others. I’m not very good at tracking my stats with online calorie counters, but We Endure makes tracking exercise easy. I only have to enter numbers once or twice a day at most. (Instead of after every time I eat when tracking calories.)
My totals for the year so far:
- 17.20 miles running
- 62.54 miles biking
- 2.50 km swimming
I’ve run 15.29 miles so far in April, which puts me behind Mac, I know. Just wait until May! ![]()

Logging is quite important I find. It really helps me keep on program.
