Here are some recent stories I’ve enjoyed about health and fitness:

  • At Smarter Fitter, Monica highlights of Steve Pavlina’s experiment eating 30 days of raw food. Pavlina, who writes a popular personal development blog, is eating only fruits, vegetables, nuts, and seeds during the month of January. Monica’s post explains Pavlina’s motivations.
  • Last October, Gina Trapani at Lifehacker shared a list of 10 ways to sleep smarter and better. I’m always looking for ways to improve my sleep, and this list gave me some keen ideas.
  • Finally, Spine Health (there’s an entire site devoted to spine health?!?!?) compiled 10 tips for improving posture and ergonomics. If there’s one thing I need more than better sleep, it’s better posture. I’m a sloucher. I slouch at my desk. I slouch in the car. I slouch on the sofa. This list offers some good ideas.
